Owner

Jerry F. Price is a financial executive and serial entrepreneur with 35+ years in investment banking, capital markets, credit, lending, and startup leadership. Raised in West Texas, he worked at his family’s firm, Price Construction Inc.—an asphalt, energy, and wind-farm construction company—later serving on its board (1987–2011) until the sale to a public company. He co-founded LeaseOne Acceptance and scaled it to a $55M portfolio sale to G.E. Capital, authoring credit policies and a first sub-prime auto lease scorecard with Fair Isaac Corporation.

Furthermore, his banking career spans middle-market lending, SBA, and commercial real estate with a focus on relationship-driven growth. As a FINRA Series 79 investment banker, he launched Tritaurian Capital’s Dallas office and advised on offerings from $50M–$1B. Through JPF Capital Partners, Inc., he now advises companies on turnarounds and operational efficiencies.

Consequently, his expertise in complex financial structuring and M&A advisory consistently drives value for institutional clients and stakeholders.
